The NeuroParenting Method™

Every workshop I deliver is built on the NeuroParenting Method

a framework rooted in peaceful parenting and brain science

(not trends or quick fixes).

Foundation: Understanding Your Child’s Brain & Development

When parents understand why their child behaves the way they do, everything changes. Compassion replaces frustration. Curiosity replaces reaction.

Three Core Pillars:

  1. Regulated Parent (The Key to Self-Regulation) — You can’t pour from an empty cup. Parents learn to manage their own nervous system first.

  2. Connection (The Heart of Cooperation) — Connection is the currency of influence. When children feel seen and safe, cooperation follows naturally.

  3. Boundaries with Kindness (Setting Firm & Fair Limits) — Structure without shame. Clear expectations with empathy.

Outcome: Raising Emotionally Resilient & Kind Adults

This isn’t about controlling behaviour. It’s about raising humans who can regulate emotions, navigate challenges, and build meaningful relationships.

Why Dr. Blanka?

I’m a neuroscientist and peaceful parenting coach.

My background in neuroscience gives me a deep understanding of how children’s brains grow and respond to stress, connection, and empathy. I use that knowledge to make parenting simpler, calmer, and more effective.

I’m a certified Peaceful Parenting Coach.

Trained in evidence-based methods that prioritise connection, emotional safety, and long-term resilience over quick behavioural fixes. We’re in this for the long run — parenting is a marathon, not a sprint.

I want my children to grow into kind, confident adults who still enjoy spending time with me. And I help parents build that same lifelong bond.

I’m a mum to two children — one with ADHD.

Every strategy I teach has been tested in the beautiful chaos of real family life. I know what works because I practise it daily.

Knowledge is power. When we act on that knowledge, it becomes a superpower.
