Reclaim the Joy:

The December Connection Challenge

December often starts with good intentions, but ends in overwhelm.
Routines fall apart, emotions run high, and everyone feels a little (or a lot) dysregulated.
The excitement, the sugar, the pressure to make it perfect — it’s a lot.

Imagine instead a December where you feel calm, present, and truly together as a family.

Where your children remember the laughter and magic of simple moments — not the madness, rushing, shouting or tears.

The true meaning of the holidays shouldn’t be lost in exhaustion and endless to-do lists. Don’t let your kids remember you as the tired, stressed-out parent who was too drained to play by Christmas morning.

This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover what really matters.

Why It Matters

When your children look back on these holidays, what do you want them to remember?

The rushing? Or the warmth of shared laughter, board games, and bedtime giggles — the kind of connection that fills them up long after the tree comes down?

December has a way of draining the joy right out of us. Between the parties, gifts, school events, and endless preparations, most parents end up running on empty before Christmas Day even begins.

What if you could ditch the madness and choose magic instead?

The December Connection Challenge helps you hit pause.

It’s a supportive, family-friendly way to bring calm, kindness, and genuine connection into your home.

No perfection required.

Oh, and it’s free!

Here’s What You’ll Get

  • Printable Connection Guide (PDF): Simple, low-cost ideas for real connection, plus a festive bingo sheet to make it playful.

  • Supportive WhatsApp community: A safe space for parents to share wins, struggles, and small moments of joy — no filters, no judgement.

  • Weekly Videos & Reflection Prompts Short: Short and practical, helping you stay grounded and connected even when things get busy.

How It Works

  • We begin 1 December in the WhatsApp group, where you’ll get your prompts and nudges to keep connection at the heart of your month.

  • Your last official prompt arrives on 19 December. After that, we pause for the holidays. (The WhatsApp group will stay open for anyone who wants to share wins, joy, or little moments that pop up — but the guided part of the challenge wraps up here.)

  • In the first week of January, we’ll come back together to celebrate what went well and set intentions for 2026.

I’ll be there throughout December to guide you, cheer you on, and help you make these moments really work for your family.
